IF YOU'RE READY, EVERYTHING CHANGES…

But Are We Really Ready? Or Can a Person Ever Truly Be Ready for Change?

From birth to death, people constantly learn, grow, and adapt to the conditions of life, often changing without even realizing it.

"Change is painful, but nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don't belong." - Mandy Hale.

But does every change bring pain? I think the answer is no...

Sometimes, after experiencing painful events, a person realizes that certain aspects of their life need to change, and of course, this change is painful. But what if you've learned from the sad situations of others or are seeking new experiences because you're bored with your current life... Isn't all of that change as well?

What I actually want to talk about today is perhaps the desire for new adventures. At some point in our lives, we've all wanted to leave everything we've done until then behind and embark on new journeys. The important thing is to find the strength within ourselves to do so...

That's the reason I say if you're ready, because most of the time, life’s conditions are ready to change, perhaps just waiting for someone to make that change. Maybe it's waiting for someone to turn life upside down with a single touch—meaning you, when you're ready...

There's a quote I love from Helen Keller:

"Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all. Facing change and acting as free spirits in the face of fate is an invincible power."

I believe in the importance of leaving a mark on life. Of course, I'm not talking about becoming famous, being admired by everyone, or meeting people who will elevate you to different positions. I'm talking about leaving your own footprints in your own life. Every new thing you do for yourself opens a new page in your life. As the pages start to multiply, you feel better, and perhaps you want to leave even more marks. Just like a writer who, the more they write, the more they want to write and create more works...

The reason I wanted to write this piece is that I wanted to leave a new mark in my own life. I first read the phrase "If you're ready, everything changes" on the cover of Tuğba Çınar’s book Değişir. It became a phrase I believed in and supported ever since. Perhaps this piece will inspire everyone...
